WHAT ARE THE ADDRESSES OF THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Highlands Ranch Mansion. The address is 9950 E Gateway Dr, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

If you would like to drive, the Mansion has a large parking lot with six handicapped-accessible parking spots. The venue is 45 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes south of downtown Denver, and 15 minutes from the Hilton Denver Inverness Hotel.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE WEDDING CEREMONY?

Answer

Guest arrival begins at 5pm, with the ceremony beginning at 6pm. We ask that everyone take their seats about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

WHAT IS THE WEDDING DAY ITINERARY?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 6pm, followed by cocktail hour at 6:30pm. The reception will begin at 7:30pm and end at 11pm.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and uncovered, while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

Answer

We will serve hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by dinner with food stations with several types of cuisine to choose from, including vegetarian options.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar with wine, beer, and spirits. Please indicate in your RSVP which you prefer.

MAY I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

Yes, we love your kids and they are welcome to join in our celebration. For the enjoyment of all, we plan to provide childcare services at the venue separate from the festivities, with both a play room and a nap room. Dinner will be provided, though we ask you to bring your child's toys, activities, snacks, and/or blanket along. Please note that we ask that all children are dropped off with the sitters before the ceremony and remain with them for the duration of the event. Children under the age of 15 will not be permitted at the ceremony or reception. If you do intend to bring your children, please notify us when you RSVP, along with their ages and any food allergies, so that we may plan accordingly. You will also need to sign a waiver ahead of time with the childcare provider which authorizes them to supervise your child for the event. We will share the childcare provider’s form after we receive your RSVP. All childcare providers are CPR/first aid certified and have received background checks. WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN THE AREA?

Answer

Denver in June is often in the 80s during the day and can drop down to the 60s at night. It will feel cooler than the East Coast at these temperatures, though the sun is very strong. Make sure to wear sunscreen and stay hydrated to prevent altitude sickness if you are not used to the elevation. We recommend bringing a jacket, shawl, or other light attire in case it gets chilly at night.

We're looking forward to celebrating with you on our big day, and having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you're looking for wedding gift ideas, we have a Wedding Registry available on this website.

WHERE SHOULD WE SEND OUR WEDDING GIFT?

Answer

If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home - the address is included when you purchase a gift through our registry. If you would like to purchase a gift not on our registry, please reach out to Courtney for our address. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
