What is Moody Academia meets Old Hollywood?

Answer

The short answer - vintage, a little dark, and slightly sultry. There are plenty of references online to help! The event is formal attire but we encourage our guests to have fun with their selections and to give their own personal nod to the theme whether it be subtle or more elaborate, we'll leave it up to you!

Please RSVP by August 31, 2023 there is an RSVP section in the menu area.

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

1 pm at St. Viator's Catholic Community 2461 E. Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89121. There is plenty of parking available at the front of the venue.

Where is the Wedding Reception?

Answer

4:30p at Rainbow Gardens 4125 W. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89102. This venue has plenty of additional parking if you pull all the way to the back.

Are children welcome at the reception?

Answer

Yes, of course! We want everyone to be included. On the other hand, if you don't want to bring your kids, you don't have to.

Is the venue wheel chair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both St. Viator and Rainbow Gardens are wheel chair accessible.

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes, Rainbow Gardens will be offering an assorted buffet-style dinner service. There will be an open bar available to our guests from 4:30 - 8:30p.

What are the lodging options while you're in Las Vegas?

Answer

The Bride and Groom will be staying at the West Gate Hotel and Casino from 12/1-12/3. We have reserved a small number of rooms there for our guests to utilize if they would like under the "Proscia-Dial Wedding". Group Code SWPD3. We're lucky, Vegas has plenty of options! All hotels and casinos located on the Las Vegas strip are within a 15-20 minute drive to the venues. There are also airbnb options available.

What is your Cancellation policy?

Answer

We of course would love for everyone we invited to attend and celebrate our special day with us, but we also understand that sometimes things come up that may affect that. If you have already RSVP'd and suddenly cannot attend, please change your RSVP option to decline as soon as you are able, preferably by November 1st, 2023.
