Julia and Anderson felt an instant connection when they saw one another's profiles on Facebook Dating. I bet you didn't know Facebook had that feature! Anderson loved Julia's warm smile, happy demeanor and was instantly smitten. Julia appreciated Anderson's fashion sense, sunglasses collection, and his enthusiastic and supportive messages. Anderson wanted to meet Julia as soon as possible, but alas, she had to go out of town to watch her mom's dog while she travelled. Lucky for Anderson Julia forgot every toiletry she needed at her house in LA so she HAD to come back and get them. Being the collaborative and thoughtful gentleman he is, Anderson offered to pickup the toiletries from her home and meet her halfway, but Julia declined the offer and instead offered to meet him in person after taking her mom to the airport. If you know Julia at all, you know she was running late. How late, do you ask? Julia had to drive to LA, take a shower, and get ready for a very important date. Julia arrived at approximately MIDNIGHT. Anderson being the very prompt, respectful and punctual man he is, arrived at 8:30 pm. You see, he really wanted to meet her and her picture was really that cute. Julia and Anderson met in person for the first time on Cherokee Ave in front of the bar where Anderson would propose months later. From the moment she saw him, Julia felt like she had known Anderson for a lifetime. She wanted to hold his hand as they strolled in but remembered, this was only the first time meeting him. When Anderson heard Julia shout, "Anderson!" with so much familiarity and excitement, he felt disarmed. Which was good since he had been waiting for 3 1/2 hours. It was a confirmation of how he already felt when he first saw her picture. After sharing good conversation and a drink at Boardner's, they walked down Hollywood Boulevard searching for tacos. Thank goodness, Julia was worth waiting for.
