There are a lot of fun locations to visit in Guatemala so It really depends on how long you can get away for! We suggest landing in Guatemala on Friday evening and making your way to Antigua either Friday night or early Saturday to partake in wedding festivities. Check out our "Things To Do" tab to see places to explore in Antigua, or other nearby sites like Lake Atitlan. You can also explore other countries such as Costa Rica (1.5hrs away) or Mexico (2hrs away) which are a short flight away.
Vitalmed is an urgent care in Antigua, that is open 24/7 and that has English speaking doctors.
