Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code varies by event. However, for the wedding please wear formal chic attire. For women this includes floor length or midi length dresses with comfortable shoes (block heels, flats) and for men dress shirt with slacks/ dress pants.

Of course, we are excited to have your little ones be a part of our special day. Just make sure they’re well-behaved.

Should I do the all-inclusive option?

Answer

The food at casa de campo is amazing and doing the all inclusive includes access to all of their restaurants and bars as well as other activities. It’s a good deal, however we understand it may be too pricey so there is always the option of selecting/ purchasing the all-inclusive package for a day while at the resort.

Transportation from Airport to Casa de Campo

We recommend reaching out to Sugar Tours owned by Alexander Bello. The rate is $120 for a one-way transport. This fee can be split amongst multiple passengers, so we suggest coordinating your arrival/departure with other guests to help minimize costs. Answer

Welcome party will take place at Playa Minitas. Please wear all white (some beige is fine too). There will be a combination of hard sand and cement. Wedges or sandals are recommended.

Answer

Catamaran will go to Isla Saona. Departs from the Marina at Casa de Campo at 8:45 AM Please meet in front of Peperoni Restaurant by 8:45 AM. Bring sunscreen, rash guards, hats, bathing suit, and towels. Catamarán irá a Isla Saona. Sale de la Marina en Casa de Campo a las 8:45 AM Reúnase frente al restaurante Pepperoni a las 8:45 AM Traiga protector solar, protectores contra erupciones, sombreros, traje de baño y toallas.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel for the ceremony?

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service from the hotel lobby to Altos de Chavon where the reception will take place. Leaves at 5:30 PM from hotel lobby.

Wedding Day Details

Dress Code: Summer Black Tie Optional [Midi/Long dresses for women and suits for men are strongly encouraged by the bride and groom] Please make sure to wear chunky heels or flats as there is cobblestone. Transportation for the ceremony will be leaving the lobby promptly at 5:30 PM. The Ceremony will take place in Altos de Chavon followed by cocktail hour in La Piazzeta. Transportation back to the hotel lobby for the reception will also be provided. Seating chart will be available during the cocktail hour. Hora Loca will take place at 10:30 PM ---- Código de vestimenta: Formal de Verano [Los novios recomiendan enfáticamente vestidos midi/largos para mujeres y trajes para hombres] Asegúrese de usar tacones gruesos o planos ya que hay adoquines.
