FrontRunner is a great mode of public transportation if you fly into the SLC Airport. For a one-way $2.50 pass, you will take UTA Trax from the Airport to North Temple Bridge (5-mins) then transfer to FrontRunner. This train will get you to Provo Central Station in 69-mins.
