Transportation To and From the Venue

Answer

For all venue transportation pick-ups, please be at the hotel front doors by 4:50pm, and no later than 5:00pm. If you are staying in one of our hotel blocks, transportation to the ceremony will be available. Space on the reserved shuttles is limited, however, so we ask that those staying outside of these hotels please arrange Uber or other transportation to the ceremony location. Parking is also available at the venue. No matter how you plan to arrive, please plan ahead to ensure you are seated and ready for the ceremony to start at 6pm! At the end of the evening, transportation will be available for all guests, with drop off at the hotel locations. Those not staying at the hotels may then Uber to their accommodations! Ride share availability at the end of the evening is likely to be low (and cost high) from the venue itself.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 6pm. Please plan to arrive at the venue by 5:45pm so that we may start on time and get on with our celebrations! Our recommended hotels are around 20 minutes away from the venue, and those staying downtown will be closer to 40 minutes from the venue, so please plan accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Arrowhead Golf Course does provide free parking. There will be another wedding on the same day as ours, whose ceremony will be starting an hour before ours -- so its possible that parking will be limited. If you plan to drive yourself, consider carpooling with other guests!
