Question

What's the attire for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Generally, nicer cocktail dresses and suits would be most appropriate. We do encourage the women to wear a thicker heel/flats, since the ceremony and cocktail hour are on grass. It also gets colder at night, so bring a layer!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20-15 minutes before the ceremony.

Is there parking at the Yacht Club?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty! We ask that if you are driving, please do responsibly. There will also be transportation from the three main areas of East Gloucester, and we will provide details on those times / exact locations closer to the wedding.

I may want to stay for the after party. Is there transportation?

Answer

After 11pm, we will be having one trolley run continuously taking people back to their hotels/Airbnb spots until 1am, so you can stay as long as you want!

Question

I want to Uber from my accommodations. Is that possible?

Answer

There are limited Ubers in Gloucester. If you are staying in a neighboring town you may be able to get one to the ceremony, but please be aware that there may not be any around later that night. We suggest scheduling the Uber / a taxi.

Can I bring a plus one that is not on my RSVP?

Answer

In general, please do not bring anyone that is not on your invite and RSVP form. Please contact Amy or Michael directly if there is a particular instance or if your circumstances have changed, and we can try to accommodate.
