What's the best time to arrive?

Answer

Please arrive earlier than later! We recommend arriving at 4:00. The ceremony will start right at 4:30 :)

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, our venue has a full bar with hosted Kona Big Wave, Miller Lite, & Quirk Seltzer! Cocktail hour will be hosted from 5:00-6:00 The bar is cash/card!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.

What is acceptable attire?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends in their best fall semi-formal attire. No jeans, sneakers, or t-shirts, please! Women, please refrain from wearing white or shades of white.

Can I bring my own guest(s)?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name or "guest" will appear under your name when you RSVP on our website. If someone cannot attend on your list, please note this does not mean you can replace them with a separate guest in their place. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring my own beverages?

Answer

Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other beverages on the premises. Laurel Ridge's bartending crew supplies all beverages. Please also note, you may not leave the main entrance doors with a beverage in your hand. All beverages must be finished before leaving the main entrance.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get your RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide the total number of guest counts to the vendors in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope that you understand.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. *If you do not RSVP by October 7th, we will, unfortunately, assume that you cannot attend. Please understand it is because we have to give our vendors our final headcount ahead of time.
