How does COVID-19 affect the wedding?

Answer

Our loved ones' health and safety is most important to us. To that end, all wedding vendors and reception staff will be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, and we respectfully require that all wedding guests are fully vaccinated, too. To be optimally protected, we request that guests also get a booster shot when and if eligible. We also appreciate people who are travelling internationally prior to our wedding to please obtain negative COVID test results, as well as practice good hygiene (e.g., frequent hand-washing) throughout the weekend. Of course, if you are feeling ill or showing COVID symptoms on our wedding day, please refrain from joining us in-person. Thank you so much for understanding during these surely unusual times.

What’s the best way to get around on the wedding day?

Answer

Please see the “Travel” page for details on shuttle service to and from our reception at The Radnor Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn. After the ceremony at St. Paul's, there is time to drop off cars before the cocktail hour at Overbrook. For those bringing or renting a car, parking is available at the church and reception, and Uber/Lyft is also in the area.

Is there a dress code?

Please wear cocktail attire, and jackets are required for the gents!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love children, this is an adult-only wedding reception. If you're traveling in with your family, we would be more than happy to help in finding local babysitting options in the Ardmore area. Please let Amanda and/or Ted know!

I have a food allergy or special considerations, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know ahead of time, and the reception venue is happy to accomodate.
