What will the weather be like this time of year?

The weather in Woodland, Washington in August will be mid to high 80's!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code! Our theme is elegantly rustic. Thus if you need inspiration think semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear slacks and a nice shirt! Make sure to plan for the weather! Cowboy boots are welcome!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will be held on the same property at Adeline Farms!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held primarily outdoors and partially indoors!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the courtyard/barn where we will be serving finger foods and beverages for cocktail hour!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 45 minutes to an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is a parking lot right when you get to the venue and there is no fee to park. There will be a golf cart shuttle to transport those who need extra assistance getting to the grounds!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block booked for guests. All hotel recommendations closest to our venue will be listed under the "Travel" section of our website!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Although we will love your photos and videos our special day we ask you to please ask us before posting anything so we get the opportunity to share our special day!
