FAQs and COVID-19

Updated as of May 25th, 2021 Please check below for updated COVID-19 and transportation and other wedding day information.
Question

What are the COVID related restrictions at the wedding?

Answer

We are excited to say that over 90% of you are already vaccinated! Because of that, we will be enjoying the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, but then be moving inside for the reception. We will still be only around 50% capacity while indoors. Tables will be spaced generously from each other and french doors open for airflow for additional peace of mind. There are also outdoor areas to enjoy during the reception. Masks are required when interacting with the venue staff (i.e. when ordering drinks), so please ensure you bring a mask. Other than that, you can wear your mask at your leisure according to your comfort level both indoors and outdoors. If not vaccinated, you need to have a negative covid test within 72 hours. If you are vaccinated, no need for a test.

Question

Will there be day of transportation?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles from the Courtyard Marriot in Novato to the venue before the ceremony, and back to the hotel after the reception. The shuttles will start are 4oclock PM on Sunday, and if you wish to drive yourself there is ample parking on site. Please plan to arrive at the venue before the 5pm ceremony start time.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

While there was not an official hotel block, If you are staying at the Courtyard Marriot, please mention that you are with the Fleischman-Hageman wedding at check-in

Question

Will the event be live-streamed for those that cannot attend?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a live stream of the ceremony via Zoom. Please reach out to Amanda, Evan or another immediate family member for details. We will be sending out a link as well to those guests who could unfortunately not join us.

Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

While the wedding is not "black tie", please dress for a formal event. Current weather predictions show 75-80 degrees and sunny on the wedding day and we will be outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour.
