How do I book my room?

Can I stay at a different hotel?
Answer
In order to be a part of our wedding group and have access to the wedding venue, you must stay at the Royalton for a minimum of 4 nights. It is very important that all guests book their accommodations within the wedding reservation that we have arranged for our wedding group. This will ensure that all guests are guaranteed a room at the wedding resort, in the same proximity, receive the special group room pricing, are included in the wedding events and activities, and recognized as part of this wedding group.

What travel documents do I need to travel to Mexico?
Answer
Since this is an international trip, you will need a passport valid at least 6 months after your travel dates. If you already have a passport, please be sure to double check the expiration date to make sure it is at least valid through May/June 2024.

When should I book my room?
Answer
We encourage you to act early to assist the couple in being able to start their wedding planning with knowledge of how many guests will be in attendance. Please view the hotel and room information and request your preferred room type and travel dates with our travel agent to secure your travel package. Small deposits and interest-free payment plans are available.

When is the full payment due?
Answer
The full payment is due by July 2023.

What is included in my stay?
Answer
The Royalton is an ALL-INCLUSIVE resort. That means all meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, daily activities, evening entertainment, non-motorized water activities, ground transfers from Cancun International Airport to resort and back, and taxes are included in the price.
