Unfortunately, during the summer months there are often strict fire restrictions. We are at the mercy of the local forest service and there are currently fire restrictions in place. However, there will be a gas-controlled fire pit located in the main area that we are allowed to use. YAY! Please DO NOT start any campfires onsite and there is absolutely no smoking on the property. Thank you for helping to keep this special place and the forests safe. :)
Please remember that you will be in the forest and it will be a warm day. We recommend summer dresses, casual light-weight suits or breathable button-ups with flats, sandals or wedges. You will regret heels! However, we want you to wear whatever you feel your best in. For those asking...our colors are sage green, blush pink, cream/beige and peachy tones (think boho colors) however you can wear neon orange and we wouldn't bat an eye. Come as you are! **Note: The temperature does drop at night so bring a layer for the evenings.
We are having a small intimate wedding with close family and friends and are asking only those individuals named to be present.
We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and relax! (A couple of exceptions have been made for immediate family only) We appreciate your understanding.
We LOVE dogs, and so does our venue! Dogs are welcome if well behaved and dog-friendly. We will have our pup, Denali onsite to greet your furry friends, should you choose to travel with them. Please keep in mind your lodging situation when booking. If you are a guest that is staying onsite at Loloma, we would need to know, as there is a $25 /per night fee for dogs that will be added to your lodging per Loloma policy. Please take time to read the pet policies. https://www.lolomalodge.com/faqs
The cabins at Loloma have been filled. All guests staying onsite at our venue (Loloma Lodge), have been notified and will contact Craig or Amanda for lodging questions/payment. All other guests are encouraged to look at the "Lodging & Travel" tab on our site for accommodations in the area. *Note: Summers in McKenzie bridge can get busy so book early if you can.
