Question
What should I wear?
Answer
We love you just as you are, although we would love to be your reason to dress up! Our style is "dressy casual". The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception is in a former riding arena. Because of this, we highly suggest no heels; wedges would be fine. Suits are great but not expected; come in jeans if you prefer, but please no t-shirts.

What's the weather like in Colorado in September?
Answer
We wish we knew! Colorado weather is unpredictable, so it could be anywhere between 30-80 degrees. Our location is technically in Bellvue, but is west of "town" at 6,700 ft in elevation; you can expect it to be 10° cooler than the weather forecast for Fort Collins/Bellvue. For the wedding day, we recommend bringing an extra layer just in case!

How do we get to the venue?
Answer
The venue is about 45 minutes from Fort Collins so we are providing two shuttle busses. One bus will leave from each hotel (see the travel page for hotels) at 2:30pm to arrive at the venue by 3:30pm. Towards the end of the night, one bus will leave earlier, either 9pm or 10pm, and the final bus will leave at 11pm. You are welcome to drive yourself and there is ample parking at the venue. Please keep in mind that this area is full of wildlife, sharp curves, steep inclines, and free-range cows, plus you will likely take advantage of the open bar, so we highly encourage you to take a shuttle bus.

When should I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as you're able and no later than July 15, 2023. We've decided to save paper and have everyone RSVP online using the tab at the top of our website. The final RSVP count from our website will be the information we share with our vendors, so please do not assume we know you're coming without an RSVP.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Because our ceremony is up the hill from the rest of our reception, we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 3:30pm as it will take about an hour to get everyone to the ceremony site via wagon or walking.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend our wedding. If your invitation says "Family", your household has been invited.

We're in the mountains, is there cell service?
Answer
Please note there is no cell service at the venue however, there is WiFi available during cocktail hour and reception. If you are driving yourself, you will likely lose cell service around the halfway mark of your drive so please plan accordingly.
