We're welcoming our friends and family who've traveled in to celebrate this time with us for drinks and snacks the night before the wedding. We imagine our day will fly by and we just wanted an extra opportunity to see and spend time with those we love!

Departure from Hotels
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
At 2:30pm, a coach bus will leave from each hotel to bring guests to the venue. We STRONGLY recommend everyone take the bus. If you are not staying at the Hilton or the Marriott, we suggest you drive to one and take the bus up the mountain. We ask that you RSVP for the bus so we can have an accurate count, thank you!
Venue Note: No Cell Service, WiFi is available after the ceremony.

Our Wedding
3:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Arrival 3:30 - 4:15 Upon arrival at the venue, there will be light snacks and water provided to welcome you (remember you're at altitude so hydration is key!). After you've grabbed something to drink and a snack, we ask that you either make your way to the wagon or start walking up the mountain to join us for the ceremony. Ceremony 4:30 - 5:00 We're getting married! We hope to keep the ceremony short and sweet. Cocktails 5:00 - 6:15 We welcome you to walk down the mountain or use the wagon to join us for appetizers and drinks directly following the ceremony. There will be yard games and a photo area as well; let the party begin! Dinner & Dancing 6:30 - 10pm At 6:15 we will open the doors to the reception area and we ask that you find your table assignment and seat. Dinner will be served family style starting at 6:40. We have an incredible menu crafted by Greens Point Catering and a beautiful bar to keep the party going until last call at 10pm. Both shuttles will leave at 10:30pm
