When should I RSVP by?
Answer
All RSVP's will be due two months before our wedding, September 9, 2024, to ensure we have a final guest list for our vendors, and for our own piece of mind.

Do I HAVE to RSVP if I got an invitation?
Answer
YES. An RSVP is absolutely required for everyone. It is essential in planning for ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not get and RSVP back by the date we have provided for you, it WILL be marked as a "No."

What if i can't make it?
Answer
Your presence will be missed. Please RSVP " Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending we understand things happen, please notify myself or J.D.

Are kids invited?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided that our wedding and reception will be an adult-only event (+18 up). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of family members invited. We hope you understand, and can use this event as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy yourselves!

Your invitation will specify how many seats we have set aside in your honor.

Are there hotel blocks available?
Answer

Will transportation be available?
Answer
We will be providing a shuttle service that will go to and from the designated hotel and the venue and we highly encourage utilizing it! However, if you are not staying at the hotel, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. You may leave your vehicle overnight if necessary. Lyft and Uber are available but extremely limited. You are eligible to book an Uber or Lyft ahead of time ( 30-60 days in advance) to make transportation easier.

Black-Tie / Semi-Formal Attire Men: Suits Women: Semi-formal or cocktail dresses *please no jeans/denim pants Bonus points for neutrals and black!

Can I wear white, ivory or cream color attire?

The bride kindly requests that those colors are not worn.

What kind of shoes should I wear?
Answer
Whatever shoes make you feel comfortable! The property does have grass, rock, and dirt terrain.

Where is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the same location in Nevada, OH. See your invitation for full details.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 PM. Please arrive by 3:00 to ensure you can get a seat for the ceremony. We cannot guarantee entry to the ceremony space if you are late.

Is there an open bar?

Beer and wine are on us, but there will be a full cash bar in case guests want the hard stuff! Get ready to celebrate!

Can we take photos and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask kindly that you turn your ringer off during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers and videographers on hand to capture all special moments and we are so excited to share everything with you! That being said, we will have a designated period of time during the ceremony where you can take AS MANY photos, videos etc that you want! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place indoors! There is a patio with heaters and fire pits for everyone to enjoy as well outside.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Welcome to OHIO! We never know what the weather will be like every day. I suggest checking the weather before travel, but typically in early November you can expect mid to low 60s. The evenings do tend to be quite cold, so bring a jacket!
