Whiteface Lodge - Lake Placid, NY
This hotel is where our welcome drinks, ceremony, reception, and Sunday brunch will be taking place. In order to book a room at the Whiteface Lodge you will need to contact Marjorie (518-523-0586). Please note the room block for this hotel is extremely limited. Please do not wait to reserve your room for the discounted rate starting at $495/night (excluding taxes and fees). Once our block is full you may still book a room at the lodge however it will be subject to the rate at which the lodge sets for this time of year, likely to be over $600/night.

Best Western Saranac Lake
We have an additional room block at the Best Western in Saranac Lake (a quick 10-minute car ride from the Whiteface Lodge). The block rate for our wedding weekend will be around $264/night + taxes and fees. You will need to call the hotel directly at 518-891-1970 to book. Please mention the Gelman-Capossela wedding to get our block pricing. Shuttle service will be provided from the Best Western to the Whiteface Lodge before our ceremony and after the reception. Feel free to browse Airbnb or VRBO for alternative lodging accommodations in Lake Placid for our wedding weekend. Please note we will ONLY be providing shuttle transportation to and from the Whiteface Lodge from the Best Western in Saranac Lake before our ceremony and after the reception. Ubers and Lyfts are usually not available in the area so please ensure reliable transportation to and from the venue if pursuing this accommodation.
