Co-worker turned carpool buddy turned roommate in da 'Burgh. After their days in Pittsburgh, Sukh moved to Chicago for law school and Micah followed soon after. From studio apartments to 2 bedroom apartments, they have been with each other each step of the way. While he may have never purchased a mattress while they were roommates, Sukh has been the foundation and rock for Micah since they met at 22.
John Lustig

The "Show Dog" of the Lustig clan. John is 3 years older than Micah, and that brotherhood was what you could expect - they were best friends, they were mortal enemies. When the brothers reached adulthood, the relationship changed, and John and Micah have been brothers supporting each other and have cherished their proximity - in friendship and geography.

The "House Dog" of the Lustig Clan. Being 11 years older than Micah, Daniel was the one who Micah looked up to as an adult when Micah reached kindergarten - poor Daniel was only a high schooler. Micah did take after Daniel in becoming involved in near everything on campus during their college years. The first in the family to designate the title of "Puppy" unto Micah.
Jake Lustig

Micah's godfather and eldest brother - self-proclaimed "Alpha Dog" of the Lustig clan. When Jake's wife Amy met Allison, Amy warned Allison that what she sees from Jake will be Micah in 19 years. Even the nonobservant guest will notice the similarities.
Leigh Cunningham

Leigh is the one person Micah can make arithmetic jokes with and still get a laugh - what can you say, a math major and an accountant get each other. While Leigh is more a go with the flow personality, you have never seen someone more structured and organized than Leigh is in Vegas. While you should never test someone's patience, Leigh is a Bears fan so he is well practiced in the art.

Micah met Jared through Allison as Marisa's husband, but together they make a complete group of four. When one of your first conversations is about riding lawnmowers, you know the friendship will last forever. While their brides battle it out on Ticket to Ride, Jared and Micah find their sweet spot talking economics and politics while wearing the highly fashionable white New Balance 623s (comfort never looked so good).

The "Weiner Dog" or "Farm Dog" of the Lustig clan. Micah remembers being 3-years-old and Ben sprinting up the stairs with Micah on his shoulders to prove he was faster than the elevator. Ben will always be there to provide the comedic relief and bring the energy.
