Getting There
By car, June Lake is approximately a 5 hours from San Jose, 7 hours from San Diego, and 5.5 hours from Los Angeles. We recommend carpooling with friends if possible! The closest major airport is Reno, Nevada. From there, the venue is about a 3 hour drive if you rent a car. There is also a bus that runs once a day from the Reno airport to the Mammoth Lakes area (stop name is Mammoth 108), if you are meeting up with friends who drove.

Double Eagle Resort & Spa
You can stay onsite at the Double Eagle Resort! Resort style rooms start at $299/night and 2-bedroom cabins start at $399/night. Cabins have a full kitchen and can have two queens or a queen and two twins. Enjoy access to the fitness center and group fitness classes, indoor pool, jacuzzies, steam room, and walking trails on site. 60% of their capacity is being held for our guests for 7/11 - 7/13. To make a reservation, call (760)648-7004 ext. 1 and reference the Mavrakis/Whitney Wedding by May 12, 2025. A 50% deposit will be due 30 days before your arrival. If you end up cancelling after that, your deposit will be held in a credit hold and applied to a future reservation within 1 year of your cancellation.

Lake Front Cabins
A great dog-friendly* option is Lake Front Cabins, just 3 miles down the road! Studio or one-bedroom units start at $297/night, while 2-bedroom options start at $388/night. All units include a kitchenette and access to the courtyard with fire pits and grills. All booked? Check out their sister location, Gull Lake Lodge, for all the same amenities in a more traditional hotel setting. Prices start at $300/night. *While your dogs are able to stay with you here, they unfortunately will not be allowed at our wedding ceremony or reception.

Mammoth Mountain Inn
If you prefer to stay closer to Mammoth Lakes area, Mammoth Mountain Inn is a great spot! With rooms starting at $234, it is slightly cheaper than the June Lake spots. Their multi-bedroom condo options include some great deals for larger groups staying together! This hotel is about 40 minutes from the venue.
