What is the Venue Address and is it Wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Address: 19704 Hogeye Rd, Manor, TX 78653. This is about 20 minutes East from downtown Austin near the Tesla factory. Yes it is Wheelchair accessible.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! Please let Allison know directly via text. Additionally, please let her know if you are vegan or vegetarian so we can get you the proper meal.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal/Semi-formal! We ask you to dress in what you feel is most comfortable, but please, no jeans. It goes without saying (but I will say it) no white dresses or pantsuits of two-piece sets.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking at the ceremony & reception, they are at the same location. The Grand Lady will have 50 parking spaces in the main parking lot and 25-50 in the overflow lot. We recommend you leverage Uber/Lift or the provided shuttles to minimize drinking and driving. Shuttles will be from the Westin Hotel, Downtown Austin to the venue and back.

Can I bring a date?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Buses will pick up guests to bring to the ceremony at the Westin and then will return guests to the Westin at the conclusion of the evening. You may also take a Ride Share to the venue and a bus back to the Westin Hotel at the conclusion of the reception. **NOTE: we have been informed that cell service can be spotty at the venue. Keep this in mind as it might be tricky ordering a Ride Share back from the venue-- although not impossible :)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your children dearly, but we have decided this is an adult only wedding. Only the names on the invitation are who we have accounted for attending the wedding. We are wanting/hoping that all friends and family will make the long weekend a vacation for themselves. If you are wanting to bring your kids along for the vacation, please feel free to do so. All events surrounding the Wedding are kid friendly, except the Night After Party as it will most likely be at a bar.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Arrival time should be between 3:30pm and 3:45pm. Ceremony start is at 4pm. **Note: Cruz is never late (unlike Allison), so it will mostly likely be an on time start.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We live in an age of constant connection and capturing every moment. We will have both photography and videography on site during the ceremony. We empower all guests to please be present and enjoy the moment of the ceremony along with us. We'd love to not see a lot of phones raised in the air while our photographer is shooting the ceremony. If you feel compelled to to capture the moment on your phone. Please keep it as minimal and discreet as possible. With that said, please take as many photos throughout the rest of the evening! We would LOVE to see the memories you capture.

Can I post your wedding on social media?

Yes! We would feel beyond honored to be blessed as a guest on your 'gram, Facebook or TikTok.

Will you be streaming your wedding?

Answer

We are considering this for the ceremony in the event there are family members who cannot make the event. If this is something that you would like to see happen, please let Allison know directly.
