Question

How are your wedding plans changing amid COVID-19?

Answer

We have decided to move forward with our wedding on the original date with some changes to keep everyone safe. Our vendors and El Chorro have assured us that all employees are wearing masks and gloves and they get temperature checked upon arriving. El Chorro also places hand sanitizers at all entry points and bathrooms. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception is currently planned for a large room (we are well under capacity) where the doors can be open and there will be outdoor standing/seating available throughout the evening. We are also reducing the number of seats per table based on our final guest count. Please let us know if you have any other questions and know that we understand if you don’t feel comfortable attending under the current circumstances.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle making multiple trips to the ceremony starting at 4:15pm. We will also have a shuttle making trips back to the hotels after the reception in 30 minute increments beginning at 8:30pm with the last shuttle at 10:00. There are also plenty of Uber and Lyft cars available in the area.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please try to RSVP by March 7th. We understand that it's a difficult time to make decisions around travel and large groups at this time. We respect whatever your decision may be. Please call or text us if you need to change your RSVP after March 7th.

Question

I'm having trouble with the online RSVP

Answer

The system requires you to enter your exact name, so if you enter a nickname instead of your full name it will return an error that you aren't found. Try entering just your last name and you should be able to find your RSVP. If you're still having trouble, no problem, just email us at adbk2020@gmail.com.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! With a gluten free bride, we totally understand your dietary needs. We can accommodate gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. Just let us know on your RSVP card or by text and we're happy to accommodate.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP card has the number of members invited in your party. If it has a one, we respectfully ask that you do not bring a date. If there is a 2, please feel free to bring your significant other!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be a mostly kid-free zone except for our nieces and nephews that will be part of the bridal party. Please let us know if you need help finding a sitter or kid-friendly activities in the area!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We're registered on MyRegistry.com. You can find us by searching for one or both of our names!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there is a large parking lot at El Chorro that is reserved specifically for event guests.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5pm. Please plan to be at the venue and seated by 4:50.

For all the days along the way
