Lauren and I met when she came to Army ROTC HQ to tour the program. When she finally got here, people confused her for me for months! I guess all little blonde girls look the same in uniform? We eventually became partners in crime. My favorite person to vent to, do nothing with, and cry with. She was also the one who called Steven to tell him "you know.... Savannah really likes you" during that awkward transition from best friends to "hmm.. he's cute". This wedding is mostly her doing. Cannot wait to party with her again on our big day.

The Army has a way of giving you the best people is the worst situations. Aubri and I met at Advanced Camp for ROTC. Have you ever met someone you were automatically comfortable with? - well, that's Aubri. She made those 37 days of "embracing the suck" quite fun. I had some of my hardest laughs sitting on the floor with her when we were supposed to be quiet. I guess Texas gals are the best... even when they're stuck in Kentucky!

Kaylee has been my friend soulmate since we were little and she first moved to Schulenburg. We quickly gave each other the nickname "Charlie" (which matured, as we did, to "Charles"). Charles and I have been through it all from dealing with a murderous hamster to blackeyes at a family reunion - and she has always remained my person through it all. Charles is the friend that no matter how distant yall get, you know she is ready to pick up right where you left it. I love you, Charles & there's no way I could do life without you.

Who knew this quiet and sorta awkward freshman would be one of the most hilarious and still awkward roommates I've ever had? Julia and I met through ROTC during her freshman year, my junior year - and she has had me laughing ever since. Other than Steven, I have never had someone compliment my personality so well. Where I am weak, she is strong and vice versa.

This one is pretty simple. Steven got Jack so that Ethan could walk down the isle with George. He is also quite a ladies man and is going to love standing up there next to all my hot friends.

When I met Eli he was a boy and now he is still a boy, but older. He's been my best friend for a long long long time and will be my best man because he is the best man. We grew up in the same neighborhood and became friends when he fought my brother, and since then he's been the brother I never asked for but am so glad I have. He ran cross country and might still be faster than me. We shall see.
Brock Bruun

What in tarnation? Brock and I have thrown more wrenches than you can count and grew really close in high school because we drove the old muscle cars. Brock is the friend that is always there to help you replace your blown radiator on a hot afternoon (you just may have to offer tacos and jarritos in return). He and I have been on a lot of great adventures so he's gonna support me as I start my newest one.

I met George when I was born. He was a cool dude so we stayed in contact. Brother. Older. Wiser. Stronger. Better beard growing skills. George will always be there to teach me something new and I'm so glad to have him here at my wedding.

I met Jack freshman year when Sav introduced me to the Jacobs clan for the first time. He seemed cool but also way smaller than me. He always shows me his latest projects which are really cool (like making rings or axes). If I had the same tools as him I could probably do it, too. Not to say he has more tools than me - just different ones. I did, however, get to teach him how to ride a skateboard.

Sam and I did 4 years of ROTC together and with my humble opinion we are the funniest ones in our year. It wasn't really until our senior year when we started becoming better friends but we had a great time cracking jokes and being incredibly sarcastic. This dude has taught me everything I know about Fantasy Football, and will always tell you about how great Aaron Rodgers is. Maybe one day Aaron will show us that he can be a good QB in the post season.
Hunter Abshire

Hunter and I got pretty close after Air Assault school summer of 2019, and since that time we became roommates. He has also been in ROTC with me for 4 years and has been an all around great time when it comes to going through some sucky training early in the morning. I'm glad I get to have this future ranger part of my command team, I mean grooms party. He is also the only one there that will be taller than me so he's easy to pick out.
