The wedding venue and suggested accomodations are a 30-45 minute drive from the airport. There is parking available at The Quinta if you are planning to rent a car.

Transit and Travel

Car: It takes about 40 minutes to get to The Quinta from Lisbon by car. Renting a car is easy and relatively inexpensive in Portugal. The roads are easy to drive and navigate and Google maps or GPS will come in handy. Next to the airport terminal are several rental companies like Hertz. Train: There is a train connection to Sintra (20 minutes from the airport). From there you can take the Public BUS to Cascais or to Sintra - Scotturb BUS 403. It stops in front of the Quinta. Renting a home or apartment is a great option, you can easily find villas of all shapes and sizes for groups or solo stays. Towns to choose from: Colares, Sintra, Cascais, Lisbon (listed closest to furthest from the venue) Sintra is rural so renting a car is strongly recommended if you choose to stay at an AirBnB.

About a 5 minute drive from The Quinta. Located halfway between the shore and the mountains, minutes away from Sintra. Sarrazola House is a local accomodation that was completely refurbished in 2008. It has 22 rooms, as well as a vast garden. Entrance hall, a reception area, a bar-cafeteria, a terrace, a social área with TV, a multi-purpose room and a restaurant.
