Deposit & payment plan

One and two bedroom and villa room options are available upon request and will incur additional fees. Guests looking for a flight + accommodation bundle can also reach out to vleconte@destinationweddings.com for options. 1st Deposit: To hold your room, we will need a deposit of $100.00 USD due upon room booking. 2nd Deposit: Additional 50% of total room block cost due by May 22, 2024 Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due by June 27, 2024

Cancellation

DWT strongly recommends that all guests purchase a Travel Protection Plan with Cancel for Any Reason Waiver ("TPP"), when offered. Available TPP options will be offered to every guest booking into the Room Block with the choice to accept or decline. Cancellation without TPP plan: Any guest who cancels their booking prior to the First Guest Payment Due Date who has not purchased TPP will receive a refund of monies paid towards their reservation minus their initial deposit and any additional cancellation penalties not covered by the initial deposit. Any guest who cancels their booking after the First Guest Payment Due Date who has not purchased TPP will not receive a refund or future travel credit. Cancellation with TPP plan: Any guest who cancels their booking and who has purchased TPP will receive back the full value of all monies paid, either as a refund and/or future travel credit (depending on the terms of the TPP policy), minus the cost of the TPP, which is non-refundable. Important - Please note: TPP may not be added (for any guest) after their reservation has been confirmed. TPP is nonrefundable and non-transferable.
