Casual Cowboy Bar Event

7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Casual - Western encouraged!

If arriving on Thursday, please join us for casual drinks and live music at a local Western saloon (~20 mins north of the Four Seasons). Note that we will have buses going back to both hotels at 10:00pm and 11:15pm.

Welcome Event

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

Drinks and small bites - located in Old Town Scottsdale Shuttles will be running from the Four Seasons (pick-up at 7:00pm) and the Marriott (pick-up at 7:30pm) to Olive & Ivy. There will also be shuttles back to both hotels at 10:00pm.

Formal Attire

The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing If staying at the Marriott, there will be a bus to the Four Seasons departing at 3:30pm with bus rides home departing between 10:00pm and 12:00am, on the hour.
