When is the RSVP date?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 26th, 2024. If you are booking to stay at the Drey hotel, please book by April 23rd, 2024 (note we have extended this deadline a few days).

May I bring a date?
Answer
We want to be as inclusive as possible! Please check your invitation for a +1. If one was not included and you would like to bring a date, please let us know.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We love kids, but we hope you’ll enjoy this as a date night! We understand that childcare logistics can be challenging, especially for those traveling. Please let us know if you would like to bring your child/children, or if you have any questions regarding childcare.

What is the attire?
Answer
Summer cocktail! We've had some people ask what this means: Basically, it's vibrant, snappy, and fun. Bright colors, light and airy fabrics. Have fun with it. Suits in lightweight fabrics. Tie is optional. For everyone, we recommend comfortable shoes. For anyone choosing to wear heels, please note the ceremony is grass covered but we will provide heel protectors.

What if it rains?
Answer
The Dallas Arboretum is gorgeous in any weather condition, but we certainly hope the weather is pleasant. If it rains, we will hold the ceremony indoors or in a totally covered area. It’s going to be great either way.

Will the whole wedding be outdoors?
Answer
No - weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors inside the beautiful Rosine Hall.

What about parking?
Answer
We recommend ride sharing! For anyone driving, we will provide complimentary self-parking in Gate 1 of the Arboretum. This gate is marked with a sign on the main road and is located right next to the ceremony and reception space.

Will you provide ADA accomodatations?
Answer
We will have ADA accommodations ready at valet for anyone who needs assistance. Please let us know ahead of time so we may have a correct count.
