What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended that guest arrive 20 minutes before the official ceremony start time to get settled before the proceedings.

Will the celebrations take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All of the wedding celebrations will take place outdoors. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside in the open; the reception will take place outside under a tent. Guests will have access to the entire first floor of the Manor but the events will take place outdoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We are asking all guests wear cocktail attire; cocktail dresses, floor length dress, jumpsuits, suits and ties, etc. Our ceremony will be taking place on a grassy field, so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! We’d also recommend bringing a jacket to keep warm. We do want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, don't be afraid to let it all hang loose.

Is this an 'Unplugged' Ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have hired a professional photographer to capture all the special moments of our ceremony. We ask that all guests not take photos and just be present with us during the ceremony. We will happily send any ceremony pictures to all who request them! Feel free to take all the photos you want during cocktail hour and the reception.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

Although we adore your children, due to budget and space constraints, this will be an adult only wedding. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, then only the listed name(s) on the website or addressed envelope are invited. If you have any questions regarding your invitation, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Is there a designated 'Smoking' area?

Answer

Belmont Manor is a tobacco free, smoke free, vape free venue. Smoking is explicitly prohibited on all grounds.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes we will have an open bar service with select cocktails and beer. Please drink responsibly and plan for adequate transportation to and from the venue!

We invite you to RSVP online here or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 10th is the last day to RSVP. Unfortunately, anyone who RSVP's after this date will not be accounted for since we are having to provide final headcounts to vendors.
