Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at The Grand in Totowa, NJ.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself time to park and find a seat.

How do I get there?

Answer

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue. However if you are not staying at the hotel, you can drive or take an Uber or Lyft.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. Please do not wear navy blue and/or colors typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc).

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will kindly say so on the invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones - we really do. However, we have made the decision to keep our wedding an adult only event with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers. We hope that this doesn’t cause too much of a hassle for you and we encourage you to use this evening as a “date night”.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later November 24, 2024! You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on the back of the invitation and that will bring you to our website. Click on “RSVP” in the menu. You can also RSVP by mailing the RSVP card back - it was sent with the invitation.

What happens if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide the total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP’s due to this. We hope that you understand!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, we have consolidated all our favorite items on a Zola Registry. Click “Registry” in the menu bar.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HappilyTonnerAfter so we can see all your pictures!
