When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have a wedding registry through Bed, Bath and Beyond and Target! You can access both registries through our Zola website. Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear semi-formal/cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat and/slacks.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting)! Our cocktail hour will be located indoors and outdoors (again - weather permitting) and reception will be held indoors.

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

Grab some food, some drinks and mingle!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one/additional guest(s)?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

We would love for you to RSVP online! If you need any help figuring out how to do so you could also just send us a text message or a phone call and we will walk you through it!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive to the venue 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What is the schedule for the evening?

Answer

Ceremony: 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm Cocktail Hour: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Reception: 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media! Our only request is that you use the hashtag #BlissfullyBufi so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Where is the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be located at Mill Creek Caterers (17 NY-376 Hopewell Junction, NY 12533)!

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel? What time is the shuttle leaving?

Answer

We are making arrangements for a shuttle bus to go to and from our hotel (Spring Hills Suites by Marriott) for your convenience! We will let you know the departure times as soon as possible!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is complimentary parking at Mill Creek Caterers.

Is there dietary accommodations?

Answer

Yes! Please inform your server during dinner of your dietary needs. There are vegetarian and gluten free options available.

I am traveling from out of town, is there a hotel near by?

Answer

Yes! We will have a block of rooms at Spring Hill Suites by Marriott that is about 12-14 minutes away! Go to the Hotel Accommodations tab for more information! We also listed more hotels in the area if rooms become unavailable at our choice hotel.
