When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a date/someone else with me?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Please contact the bride and groom for any issues with the arrangement.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children under 21 are welcome to the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner. A 21+ afterparty will begin at 8:30pm and all children will need to leave the premises before this time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code, but we do ask guests to consider fitting in the theme of Garden Party cocktail attire. Think florals, brighter colors, spring fun outfits. Also, please mind your shoes as the venue is mainly grass and gravel. Some heels may present issues when walking. The ceremony and cocktail hour are being held outside (Weather permitting) and dinner will be held indoors.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn and Suites of Robinson Township. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before May 4th. See the Accommodations page for more information. We also have had great experiences with the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South-Robinson Mall and have some guests staying there as well.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle services are being provided for guests staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites or those wishing to park at there and shuttle to/from the venue. Pickup time for the shuttle to the venue is slotted for 3:30pm. Return trips are slotted for 8:15pm for guests with children and 10:45pm for the 21+ afterparty.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is provided on site and venue attendees will point you in the right direction upon arrival.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors to the venue will open at 4:00pm for guests. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm.

Do I need cash for the bar?

Answer

Not necessarily - The bar will be open with a his and hers liquor drink and multiple choices for beers. Wines and other alcoholic beverages will be available as well. However, a tip jar will be in place for the lovely bartenders serving us for the night and any donations to it would be greatly appreciated. Specify your favorite drink in the RSVP questions to let us know what to stock the bar with!
