Where do you recommend we stay?

Answer

We honestly recommend getting a group together and finding a fun VRBO or Airbnb in Lake Geneva, Twin Lakes or a lake near our venue. This option is fun because it's certainly more cost effective, and you get to wake up on a lake and not in a hotel room. We've done this many times and will choose it over a hotel any day! -- Traveling with pets? Many VRBOs are pet friendly so it's a great option for them too!

How are we getting to the venue?

Answer

There are plenty of parking spots at the venue, but we will be working on having a shuttle for those who choose not to drive -- pick up location TBD. Don't worry, we'll get you there :)

When should we get to Wisconsin?

Answer

We hope you'll use our wedding as an opportunity not only to share our special day with us, but as a fun lake weekend getaway too. If you opt for a VRBO and want to start Friday-Monday, it will be a perfect way to get a bit of a vacation before the cooler days creep in on us.

When are you planning on adopting?

Answer

Great question! We hope to start the adoption process shortly after we are pregnant in the hope that our first two children can grow up together, and this will likely happen in the first year of our marriage.

Do you have an adoption agency in mind?

Answer

To be honest, not yet. We understand a lot of research and time will go into this process, and our wedding planning has taken most of that time. We will start the research process shortly after getting married.

If you're adopting, does that mean you're not having your own children?

Answer

Oh no! We are so excited to have a family, and would love to not only have our own, but also adopt. We want our future children to grow up together, so we would love to have the adoption process start around the time we get pregnant. Right now we don't know when that will happen, so we are just trying to be as prepared as we can :)
