We have a block of rooms for the 17th and 18th. You will have to call in order to use the discount code for the block price. If you call and they tell you the block is full please let us know before you try to book! We can add more rooms to the discounted block price. Rooms consist of double queens and kings. If you would like to share a room with someone please coordinate with them yourselves! You have until November 26th to book in the block. There are many hotels in Utica and New Hartford so if you would rather not stay here please feel free to book elsewhere. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE THE SHUTTLE WILL PICK UP AND DROP OFF GUESTS.

A shuttle will be running consistently from the Burrstone Inn to Bean Acres Barn starting at 3 pm. The ceremony starts at 4:30. The ride from the hotel to the venue is about 25 minute (weather dependent).
