What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guest should plan to arrive at 3:30. The ceremony will be begin at 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors and has a short gravel path between from the parking lot. We advise against stiletto heals. Wear clothing you are comfortable having pictures taken in.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at The Pavilion.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle bus that will pick up guests from their cabins prior to the ceremony, and a shuttle will be available for guest drop off at their cabins after the reception. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles at the Pavilion overnight if desired. There is no transportation to hotels from the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Friday: All guests are invited to the Welcome Party with live music from 6-9pm Sunday: Bagels, Coffee and Donuts 8-10am
