Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your formal invitation and on this website's RVSP list. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for you to get dressed up with us for our special day! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or sage green outfits. We would also appreciate if guests could refrain from wearing large fascinators/hats to prevent blocking the view for other guests in the chapel.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have hired photographers and videographers to do this for us, please let the professionals do what they do best, put your phone away, and enjoy our unplugged ceremony. Should you take any pictures after the ceremony please refrain from posting them on social media until we have done so ourselves.

There is a large free car park on site.

I am staying at the venue, what time can I check in?

Answer

Check-in for wedding guests staying at Runa on the day is 3pm. You can either leave your overnight bags in your car or with the reception staff. Guests typically check-in during the time between the wedding breakfast and the evening reception. Alternatively, the hotel staff are more than happy to take your bags up to your room for you.
