Where is the ceremony & reception taking place?

Ceremony & Reception are taking place at 8407 Hayworth Road, Indianapolis, IN 46221. This is a outdoor tent wedding!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We did not block off a hotel section for out of town guests as we were not sure how many would be coming from out of town. However, we do have a few hotel suggestions that are just a few miles down the road from our wedding. What time should I arrive?

Answer

I recommend everyone arriving around 30-45 minutes before the ceremony!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES. We will have some games & stuff for them to do if they want to. There will also be kid friendly drinks and all the junk food they can dream of available to them!

What will parking look like?

Answer

You will be parking in the field behind the ceremony & reception area. We will have everything marked out for you!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would love for our ceremony to be phone free. We have two wonderful photographers taking pictures of us and YOU! So we want you guys to be worry free and present. Once the ceremony is over though, snap away. The only thing we ask is that you send all of the pictures you take of the night to us. The number you would text those to is 765-720-8008!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

NO. Absolutely no dress code. What makes you feel confident, comfortable, & keeps you warm? Whatever outfit checks all 3 of those boxes, wear it!

Will there be alcohol provided?

Answer

We will have a set amount of Miller Lite, Bud light, & wine. There should be PLENTY for everyone! If you would like to though, you are more than welcome to bring a little cooler with whatever you like!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Good news! The bridal party is going to have most of their pictures done before the ceremony. The bridal party will take a 15-30 minute drink & picture break before heading into the reception. We will have all guests head to the reception tent and find a seat during this time. Beer, wine, & snacks will be available during this time!

Will there be food and drinks at the reception?

Answer

Heck Yes! What is a wedding without food? We will be having pulled pork & pulled chicken with a few yummy sides. We will also have a spread of fruit & veggies! Cake & cupcakes will also be available :)

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly. If you have an emergency or simply can't make it after RSVPing, please just shoot one of us a text. It is not a problem at all!
