Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures and tag us in them so we can see them too.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not necessarily, but we recommend formal attire. We're getting dressed up and we'd love for you to take this opportunity to pull out your best dress (dresses and jumpsuits, blazers and dress shoes).

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors, right in front of Vulcan statue with a view of Downtown Birmingham.

Are kids welcome?

We'd love to see everyone's shining faces, the kiddos included.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, you have access to the public parking area behind Vulcan statue. There is a visitor drop off area for anyone who feels unable to make the walk up to the museum and statue. It is located beyond the parking lot and to the right by the museum entrance.
