WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

Adam and Kaila met online during the pandemic. Kaila was living in Boston at the time and Adam was in Charleston, SC and had just accepted a new role in Bosch that would be Boston-based. Over 8 weeks, Adam and Kaila would have virtual dates, talking for hours and getting to know one another. When Adam finally moved to the Northeast, the two were so excited to meet up and Adam planned a wonderful date at Posto (a local Italian restaurant). He arrived with beautiful flowers and whisked Kaila away on a perfect first date!

Kaila and Adam have loved traveling together over the last two years! They have taken day trips to various New England towns like Rockport and Portland. One of the most memorable trips was February 2021, when they went on their first trip to Cape Cod for a long weekend together. From there the adventures haven't stopped! The two traveled to Grand Junction, Colorado in August of 2021 and hiked at the Black Canyon of the Gunnison as well as Arches National Park. It was during that trip that Kaila and Adam realized that the other was their person, forever and always! The two are looking forward to the many adventures they will take together in the future!

Adam and Kaila took a trip in September 2022 to Seattle, Washington which changed their lives forever. The two went hiking on September 24, 2022 (Kaila's parent's anniversary) in North Cascades National Park. The Maple Pass Loop hike was beautiful and breathtaking and something both of them were in complete awe of. But Adam had a little secret planned. After hiking 4 miles to the top with a 2000 ft elevation gain, Adam pulled Kaila over to the side of an overlook where they could see beautiful Lake Ann below. He had Kaila close her eyes and then when she opened them, he was down on one knee asking her to marry him. She of course said yes!
