What about my kids under 11 years old?

Answer

Royal Tots program (ages 18-36 months) offers 45-minute interactive playground sessions filled with age-appropriate activities and toys. Both programs are hosted by our trained youth staff. A parent or caregiver must accompany child during all activity sessions. Aquanauts program (ages 3-5 years) will have fun conducting cool experiments and becoming Certified Jr. Adventure Scientists. Explorers program (ages 6-8 years) is packed with exciting cruise activities for kids, which includes themed parties. Voyagers (ages 9-11 years) will explore a range of activities that puts the "cool" back into learning. My Family Time Dining is offered for the early seating dinner time in our main dining room, for children ages three to 11. Kids enjoy their meal within 40 minutes of seating, before heading to the evening's Adventure Ocean activities. The program starts the second evening you're onboard. After that, you can use it each evening or whenever you wish. They also offer “Late Night Party Zone” group sitting by our Adventure Ocean Youth Staff for children between the ages of 3 through 11 between the hours of 10pm to 2am for an additional cost.

Question

What type of clothes/shoes should I pack?

Answer

Casual: You're on vacation – relax! Jeans, shorts, tees, tank tops, polos, sundresses and blouses are all the right amount of laid back. Please keep swimwear to the Pool Deck. Smart Casual: Think of this as a step up from your typical dinner wear. Dress to impress with jackets, sports coats, blazers, collared shirts, dresses, skirts and blouses, or pantsuits. Formal: Make it a night out in your best black-tie look – suits and ties, tuxedos, cocktail dresses or evening gowns. Last Night of Cruise: Bring an overnight bag for your last night at sea. Staff will collect your luggage the night before disembarkation and you will need an overnight bag to carry your nightclothes and toiletries.

Question

What can I bring my own food, alcohol, bottled water or soda onboard?

Answer

One of the best things about cruising is the food! And there will be many dining options available to suit most tastes and preferences. However you are free to bring non-perishable prepackaged food in limited quantities and select beverages onboard. On embarkation day, each guest of drinking age may bring one (1) sealed 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne. Boxed wine and other containers are prohibited. Any other alcoholic beverages such as beer, seltzer or hard liquor will be seized on embarkation day and will not be returned. Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted. Guests who purchase alcohol bottles onboard or in a port-of-call, will have their items safely stored by the ship. These bottles will be returned on the last day onboard for enjoyment once home.
