Wedding Party

The real MVPs

Bridget Claus

Maid of Honor

Bridget and I went to college together and have lived together a few different places down at the beach. We'll still randomly call each other at 9am on a weekday to gossip and chat and I couldn't imagine anyone else organizing everything and keeping me sane throughout planning!

Megan Mazzoccone

Bridesmaid

Megan is my sister-in-law and she's been family for the past 10 years. She'll probably cry but is always my biggest hype man and is good at keeping my Mom in line. I'm so glad she's a part of the wedding and that I'll always look tan next to her.

Stacy Zeiler

Bridesmaid

Stacy has been one of my best friends since our college soccer coach said we needed to branch out of our clicks so we kind of started our own. That probably sort of backfired. She is always up to adventure and travel and I'm pumped to have her in my party. She'll probably start oddly dancing to various songs.

Erin Fox

Bridesmaid

Erin once put an entire jar of pesto on a homemade pizza and ever since we straightened out that's not how you do it, she's been one of my best friends. We've been to wine festivals and have biked all over Norfolk the last 7 years. She's a big reason I was brave enough to move from VB to Norfolk! I'm so happy to have her in my life and by my side.

Amy Glowatz

Bridesmaid

Amy and I grew up together, from preschool all through HS. We've played on various soccer teams together and were always scheming with line-ups and trying to find professional games to watch. We went to France for the World Cup a few years ago and hopefully going to make that a tradition in the future! I was lucky to be a bridesmaid in her wedding and excited she gets to be in mine!

Amelia Theriault

Bridesmaid

Amelia shares my love for sour beers, having a favorite dog, and is (almost) always up for any plan, you'll see below. She led us the wrong way to the park where George proposed at in like 100 degree heat but made sure we had some pictures to remember the moment! I'm glad we'll always invite each other to everything even if we know we won't make it half the time for anti-social reasons. I'm so happy to have a friend like her!

Matt Beach

Best Man

Matt was one of my first friends when I joined the Navy. I spent most of our "college years" (age range only) sleeping on his couch and visiting all of the local watering holes we could find in South Texas. Although we haven't been at the same command in a long time and rarely deployed together (probably a good call by the Navy) we have always maintained our friendship throughout the years.

Steve Mazzoccone

Groomsman/Officiant/Bomb Human

It has been great getting to know Steve over the past 2 years. He is my hype man when it comes to my cooking and I appreciate him for that. He was the no-brainer to be our officiant for a couple reasons: 1) he's done it before and 2) he made one speech at Nicki's work function and her executives still rave about it and ask how he is by name. We love you and are so glad you're apart of our wedding day! -Dammit Steve

Marty Fox

Groomsman

Marty is one of the many awesome people that have come into my life since I met the best person in my life. Marty instantly became one of my close friends. Always working on some new hobby, the guy never sits still! But if he asks you to help move a piano, tell him you are busy that week.

Josh Samudio-Hillis

Groomsman

Some dude I barely knew showed up to one of my crawfish boils and we ended up having to order another case of Miller Lite because we instantly bonded. The next morning when I found his jacket in the front yard surrounded by empty beer cans, I knew he was my people. Although he will deployed for our wedding, me and the boys will have a bourbon in his honor.

Jay Ackerson

Groomsman

My little brother and the first person I got to practice my fighting skills on. Unfortunately we went years without speaking but a brother bond is a brothers bond. Words cannot describe how incredibly proud I am of the man and father you have become. I am truly honored to have him standing with me on the day of my wedding. -Mom made me invite you

John Engle

Groomsman

We all have that one friend from our childhood that we can go years without talking too or seeing but the moment you do its like you haven't missed a day. This is me and John. From our high school shenanigans, the many times we should have died while hunting or fishing, and to visits home on leave well into adulthood, we still shouldn't be trusted alone together when alcohol is involved.

Zach Seron

Groomsman

The newest addition to the inner circle and the baby of the group, his mustache is a thing of beauty and should be admired by all. Always ready to go ride 4 wheelers or to just hang out, he truly is a good friend and all around great human being. Plus, he beat Marty at mass wresting.

For all the days along the way
