Like any true millennial, Andrea and Connor met on an online dating app called Hinge. After a few days of having the app she noticed a super cute dog (...and of course the guy holding the dog). She loved his fun looking personality and decided to take a chance. Connor, on the other hand, was quickly drawn to the fact that Andrea was an Oncology Nurse (he is a 21 year cancer survivor). Neither of them were expecting to meet the love of their lives, but luckily it turned out that way. After just one date they were inseparable. Connor even told his friends (some of his groomsmen) after a few weeks of dating that Andrea was "the one" and he knew he was going to marry her.

On 4th of July, Connor got up the nerve to ask his future Father-in-Law permission to propose to Andrea. Her dad must have been so excited because the very next day he let everyone know, including Andrea. Then on July 11, 2020 (national 7-eleven day) Connor planned a incredible day full of surprises. He told Andrea that he had made plans for their 1 year anniversary. The day started with a beautiful brunch cruise on the Potomac River followed by dinner at the National Harbor. Connor had one last surprise, VIP tickets to the Capital Wheel a Ferris wheel at the National Harbor. When they reached the top of the Ferris wheel, Connor had music start playing and when Andrea finally turned back around from looking at the views he was sitting across from her with a gorgeous ring in his hand.
