What should I wear?

We are requesting that our guests wear cocktail or formal attire. Please do not wear cream, ivory, or white dresses!

Where should I stay?

Answer

Check out our "Travel" page. We have 3 recommendation there that are all close to the venue. You are of course welcome to stay anywhere you like (check out Air BNB too)!

Venue Parking

Answer

There is a parking lot directly across the street. If that lot is full, there is a free parking garage at 409 W McDaniel St, Springfield, MO 65806 (2 minute walk).

Will you feed us?

Answer

Of course! We will have a cocktail hour with some snacks. Followed by dinner with a pre-planned meal & cake for dessert.

While we love your children, we want you to enjoy a night off! All events are an adults-only affair.

Event Timeline

Answer

Ceremony will start at 4:30 sharp! Will be followed by a cocktail hour. Dinner will be served around 6 or 6:30. Dancing from around 8 to 11!

Entrance to the building

There is only one entrance to the venue. It faces Walnut St. and is the door closest to the empty lot.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:45 and 4:15 pm. We would like all guests to be seated by 4:15 so the ceremony can start promptly at 4:30. No guests will be allowed to enter once the ceremony begins.

Is the Ceremony & Reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything is at 425 Downtown.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

When you go to RSVP on the site, you will see the number of guests we have accounted for in your party. Please do not bring any guests beyond those listed on your RSVP page.
