Maid of Honor
When Abbey and I first met in highschool there was a misunderstanding from a mutual friend so at first we did not like each other. We ended up at the same party where everyone went outside leaving Abbey, her sister Beccah, and me alone in the basement. When they returned they found us on the floor laughing so hard we were crying. From that moment on we were inseparable and she has been one of the biggest joys in my life ever since. Over the years we have gone from best friends to sisters, we have laughed together, we have held one another while crying together, we have prayed together, and we cannot imagine what our lives would be like without one another. I am honored to stand by my soul sister today. I couldn’t be happier for her and Sam.

Hey friends! It's Bailey, and I'm thrilled to stand by Sam's side as one of his best men. I've seen every stage of Sam and Abbey's love story, and I'm ecstatic for both of them. I can't wait to celebrate their special day with all of you!

In the realm of yesteryears, where childhood's sun did glow, I and my brother, casting shadows long and low. Through the fields of memory, where the wildflowers grow, together we wandered in the soft and golden glow. We grew'st together, strong and true, In heart and spirit, through and through. From morn till dusk, in joy and strife, I and my brother, partners in life. Hearken back to those days, of laughter and of play, when time was but a whisper, and night was held at bay. Mine brother at side, come what may, in the heart's quiet corners, those memories will stay.
Bridesmaid
I’m Abbey’s second sister, so I’ve know her since birth, and I’ve known Sam just as long! We all grew up together and so I’m absolutely HYPED to have the families officially joined!
Best Man
Best man Harry here! Sam and I have known each other since 4th grade. We started out as enemies, but over the years we’ve starred in multiple plays and musicals together, traveled all over the country, and have become inseparable best friends. We share good food, good beer, good music, and most importantly good memories. Please join me and the rest of the bridal party by celebrating Sam and Abbey’s love for each other!
Bridesmaid
I’m Isabella, the fourth sister in Abigail’s family! From a young age I’ve always known it would be Abbey and Sam. I can totally say I called it! I’ve grown up watching their relationship flourish and grow, and what a joy it’s been! Their devotion to each other and God is clear in everything they do, and I’ve been so privileged to get to stand by and watch them all these years. “Abbey, why are you buckled into Sam?”

There are many ways to skin a cat, but none of them could describe Sam and Andrew's relationship. Sam, from composing our own tiny desk concerts in our parents' old music room to building original designs for Lego spaceships in the basement, you've always been a creative legend to me. I can't wait to see the marriage you and Abbey create together.

Abbey and I can tell of many adventures together during her years at Friends University. We were a bit unsure of each other at first, but the Lord threw us together in a bible study with some other sweet college girls, and we realized how much we had in common! The crazy tech weeks, dressing room stake outs, long walks around campus, and Abbey’s habit of doing her hair in elaborate braids during class to prepare for dance are just a few lovely memories from the years we shared at school.

Sam and I share a love for scripture, good food, & even better drinks. He's a great man with many talents, and I couldn't be happier to see two of my good friends spend their lives loving God and each other all the more.

When I moved back to Wichita as a new Christian, the Lord had a blessing prepared for me: my new friend, Sam. In one man, God gave me a brother, a friend who keeps things interesting by always loving the opposite side of our common interests (I'm starting to think he's doing it on purpose), and plugging me in to a Bible study which changed my life. If it weren't enough of an honor to be with Sam for his wedding, he's marrying Abbey, who gets an automatic +10 points for being a Hale. I still remember the mini-play dates we had as kids while my brother had his piano lesson! God has orchestrated a uniquely warming story in His uniting Sam and Abbey together, and I look forward watching my friends grow together in their marriage. Thanks be to God!

I met and got to know Abbey in front of the Fine Arts building at Butler Community College. We became fast friends. Since then we’ve shared the ups and downs of life together, seen growth, trials, provided encouragement, and watched God’s plan unfold around us. Abbey was a bridesmaid in my wedding and when she and Sam (finally) started dating I got to know him. He and my husband are now also good friends! It’s a blessing to get to witness their love grow and be a part of their big day!
