When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience. The final deadline is June 1, 2024.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We want you to look your best and feel comfortable - we don't want anyone stressing out about what to wear! If you need some guidance, we're recommending cocktail attire.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, a shuttle will be provided for all guests as there is limited reserved parking available for select guests. Please see the 'schedule' section of the website for the shuttle pick up times and locations.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we have a limited number of spots available for our close family member's children at our wedding. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids and we are happy for them to join us at the Welcome Party and Brunch.

Can I bring a date?

Please check your invite to determine if you have a +1! Due to limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests - we apologize for the inconvenience.

How will dinner be served?
Answer
Dinner will be served family style so no need to worry about choosing an entree ahead of time. Vegetarian options will be available. Please be sure to let us know of any food allergies when you RSVP so we can accommodate you accordingly.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors and the reception will be under a large tent. Please keep in mind that the weather can be variable in temperature this time of year. Hood River is typically windy and will likely cool down in the evenings.
