This is the closest airport to Leesburg, and only 10 minutes from our primary hotel blocks. If you are staying at any hotel in the area, please be sure to inquire about courtesy shuttles to and from the airport!

Reserving on our Hotel Blocks
To book with our hotel block, either follow the links provided below, or call the hotel directly and note that you are booking with the Falcigno-Everly wedding. If you are notified that there are no rooms left available, please notify Trisha or Aaron ASAP so they can help insure you are able to book! Rooms are available on the block rate for Friday night only (11/15). If there is availability, the hotel may allow you to add to your booking at the block rate. To inquire about adding additional nights (1) day before or after the wedding, please call the hotel directly. The listings will only allow you to book King rooms, however the hotel will accommodate requests for other room types at check in time, upon request as availability permits.

This is one of the primary hotel blocks. A shuttle to and from the wedding venue will be provided from this location.

This is one of the primary hotel blocks. A shuttle to and from the wedding venue will be provided from this location.

This is not one of the primary hotel blocks, however it is very close to the venue and downtown Leesburg. If you do book at this hotel, please let us know so we can share some transportation options that may be available to and from the wedding!

Shuttles will be provided from the Flagstaff Plaza Hotels (Hilton Garden Inn & Aloft) to the wedding venue. The shuttles will arrive at 3PM and leave promptly at 3:15PM, so please be on time!

Shuttles will be provided following the reception, picking up at the venue at 10PM, then again from the downtown bars at 12AM, returning to the Flagstaff Plaza Hotels.
