Question
Do I have a plus one? / Is my family invited?
Answer
Your invitation is intended only for those to whom it was addressed. Due to space limitations at the venue and the incredible number of loved ones we hold dear, we are not able to extend plus one’s to everyone. Children have been limited to only the nieces and nephews of the bride + groom and children of the wedding party. If you believe this is in error, please reach out!

What do I wear?
Answer
The wedding attire is formal. Examples of preferred attire are suits, floor length or tea length dresses and long jumpsuits. No matter what, we want you to feel and look your best self!

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Head to the tab titled 'RSVP' to send your response. You may respond for yourself, as well as other guests in your party. Here you may also indicate any dietary restrictions we should be aware of. Of course, if your plans change or you have technical difficulties, please reach out! Please respond by October 1st.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes! We want everyone to enjoy themselves to the fullest and get to bed safely. Shuttles will be provided from the Flagstaff Plaza hotels to the venue and back. See our travel page for shuttle times. You do not have to be staying at these hotels in order to take the shuttle! Free public parking is available behind the venue, should you decide to drive yourself.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know ASAP! You can note this on your RSVP or message us directly. We want to make sure there is something everyone can enjoy!

Are there events going on other than the wedding itself?
Answer
Our 'Events' page lists all planned events for the wedding weekend. Trisha + Aaron will be in the Leesburg area from Thursday - Saturday morning and hope to spend as much time with family and friends as possible. Beyond that, check out our 'Things to Do' page for additional activities and sites to see in the area!

Can I check into my hotel before the wedding?
Answer
Check in for most hotels is at 3PM. Please plan accordingly if you are traveling in the day of the wedding. The hotels are aware of our schedule, and will do their best to provide you with an early check in, however the only way they will guarantee your room is available before 3PM, is if you book the night prior as well.
