Hi everyone! For those who will be in the area on Thursday, please feel free to join us for some beers (or other libations) at West Kill Brewing. It's a beautiful drive from Fleischmanns/Phoenecia area with killer views and even better beers. They are opening on Thursday the 30th to accommodate our group! (Note: Google will state that they are closed). There is usually a food truck on site and there are indoor / outdoor seating options. Come one, come all! https://www.westkillbrewing.com/

Wedding Welcome!

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Inspiration is: “Fancy dinner out with friends” or “Date night.” Color! Retro! Fun! Bring layers for the evening.

Welcome to our wedding! The Phoenicia Diner is an institution around these parts and we’re so excited to kick off our weekend with you here. Grab some food and a glass of local beer/wine and mingle! We are hosting the beer and wine bar, but if you'd like a cocktail please bring your wallet :) Menu: -Cowboy Caviar Tostadas -Salmon Wrapped Potatoes -Veggie Lettuce Wraps -Fried Chicken Sliders -Spinach and Artichoke Dip ***Please note: If you don't think you'll get full from the above menu, we suggest having a nosh before the party! There is ample parking at the diner. Car services are hard to find in this area so please plan to drive/carpool and drink responsibly.

The Main Event

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Garden Party/Cocktail Chic. Think dresses, jumpsuits or suits. Jacket/tie optional. We'll be outside all day and weather can be a bit unpredictable, so bring warm layers just in case. The ceremony and reception spaces are in the forest on a bed of packed woodchips; plan your footwear accordingly!

Transportation will pick you up and take you to [and from] the venue. Grab a welcome drink and settle in for our 4pm ceremony, followed by cocktails, charcuterie, dinner and dancing.

Goodbye Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Attire: Casual (anything goes - jeans, athleisure, or dress it up).

Come back for brunch and goodbyes before you head back home (or continue on with your travels).
