Summary:~5 miles/8 min east of Phantom Lake Ranch; B&B Our blocked reservations are good through July 23rd and are refundable until then less a 10% ($8.28) cancelation fee. When making reservations please ask to speak with Jessica the manager and clearly indicate that 1) you are calling for are the Kohnen-Konrad wedding; and 2) that you want to take over the reservation (made by Dan Siegfried) by paying the 20% deposit. You should be able to reserve for the base rate then add family members or friends later or at check in as you finalize plans. This is a B&B and breakfast is included. I believe additional meals also might be available by order.

BEAVER MEADOWS You can make reservations by calling Jena at Beaver Meadows at 970-881-2450 and referencing the Kohnen-Konrad wedding. The Beaver Meadows office is open from ~8:30am to ~4pm daily. After hours or if no one answers please leave your name and phone number and Jena will call you back. · If you expect to attend, please reserve ASAP. September is a popular month due to aspen viewing and elk bugling · Reservations require a 50% deposit, refundable until Sept 8th less a $25 fee. Note: I believe any unit or condo can be reserved at its base rate (1 or 2 adults). If you’re not sure how many people will occupy your unit and would like to minimize your deposit, you can reserve for the base rate, then add guests later. Either way the cancellation fee is $25 per reservation.
