If you have any questions that we haven't addressed, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to help if we can :)
Question

Where am I staying?

Answer

We suggest staying at Sundance Trail Guest Ranch or Beaver Meadows resort. There are also a few air bnb and VRBOs in the area. We will be providing transportation for those who need from these central areas.

Question

I am not fully vaccinated (*including booster*) from Covid-19, can I still attend the wedding?

Answer

We insist that everyone attending our wedding be fully vaccinated. If you are not fully vaccinated, you may not attend the wedding.

Question

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes!! We will be providing transportation from Sundance Ranch and Beaver Meadows and central Air BnBs in Red Feather. If you are staying in an Air BnB, please send us the address! We will update pick up and drop off times on the website.

Question

What should we expect for food in the area?

Answer

There are multiple pub-style restaurants/taverns in the area with a basic menu and beer/cocktails. There are small markets available for basic groceries as well. If you have restrictions or need a major grocery store such as Safeway or King Soopers, we suggest you stop on your way up to Red Feather.

Question

Can my child(ren) attend the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, since James and I are both on the younger end of the spectrum for our families, there were too many children for us to include. Therefore, we have made the tough decision of not allowing any children outside of the wedding party at our wedding. We sincerely apologize and hope you will still be able to come without your little ones!

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

We LOVE furry friends, but unfortunately, Orion is the only dog allowed on the property for the weekend.

Question

Will I be cold?

Answer

The average high in September for this area is 65F and the average low is 34F. It will most definitely be chilly at night. We are hoping for a beautiful sunny day, but could experience anything from gusty winds, to rain, to fire. We suggest checking the weather before you come and be prepared for some chilly temps at night! This is an entirely outdoor wedding, so we have no indoor refuge, though we have a big comfy event tent!

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We suggest flying into Denver International Airport (DIA)

Question

Should I start practicing my dance moves?

Answer

YES

For all the days along the way
