Schedule of Events
WEDDING: Ceremony begins promptly at 5pm on 8/8/2020
-The wedding, dinner, and reception are outside. In case of rain, we'll be under an open tent
-The venue is spreading tables out and seating tables at 75% capacity
-There will be hand sanitizer available
-Each table will go through a buffet line where you'll be served by staff wearing masks and gloves
Bus Schedule (please note: we only considered people who indicated they needed transportation on the RSVP)
3:00pm: A 35-passenger bus will depart from the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel (it will leave promptly at 3) and then head to the Ballantyne hotel (~3:20pm) to pick up guests there, and then arrive at Laurel Haven Estate (~4:30pm)
Buses will take people home (Ballantyne Hotel and Kimpton) at 8:30pm, 11:20pm, & 11:45pm
WELCOME EVENT: Join us for a Welcome Party at the Knights Baseball Stadium! 8/7/2020 7:30-10:30pm. We reserved the entire stadium for our guests to kick off the weekend!

We reserved the entire Knights Stadium for our guests to kick off the wedding weekend! We will have access to the 3rd base side of the stadium (large outside are with a roof covering) and Home Plate Club (large indoor area with AC). The bar will be open for drink purchases. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
